Saratoga rower launches podcast to document Olympic journey SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) - An Olympic hopeful, training in Saratoga Springs, is documenting her road to the next Summer Olympics in 2024 through a podcast. Launched in early April, "The Other 3 Years" brings listeners behind the scenes of Kristi Wagner’s journey to make the 2024 Olympic team. Off the Beaten Path: Sweet Mimi’s Café & Bakery Each week Kristi will share what being an elite athlete in training really looks like: the ups and downs, life on the road, and how to stay motivated with a goal so far away. She plans to include interviews with her boyfriend, family, coach and fellow athletes. Ghent teen shines at NFL Draft Bright Sighted, founded by Christine O'Donnell, is the podcast production company behind "The Other 3 Years." Listeners can follow her show everywhere podcasts are available. New episodes will be available every Friday, from now until the 2024 Olympic game.

St. Louis prosecutor killed in south county crash ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A deadly crash on Interstate 270 in south county is hitting close to home for the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office. The Missouri Highway Patrol confirmed that the person killed in the crash is 32-year-old James Heitman. It's understood that Heitman was one of the remaining prosecutors in Kim Gardner's office under the General Felonies Unit.Traffic is flowing smoothly now, but it was a much different scene for hours Wednesday afternoon into the night.The crash happened on southbound I-270 south of Tesson Ferry at 5:15 p.m. The Missouri Highway Patrol said four vehicles were involved in a chain reaction wreck as traffic was stopped on the interstate. Ameren and Spectrum crews responding to utility pole crash ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - Crews are at the scene of a crash early Thursday morning.Our Nissan Rogue Runner reporter Nic Lopez was at the scene located on Lindbergh Boulevard just south of Queen Ann Drive, where the car crash into utility poles, knocking down several power lines. Crews from Ameren and Spectrum are at the scene working on the lines. St. Louis prosecutor killed in south county crash Traffic has been stopped in both directions of Lindbergh, and drivers are urged to take an alternate route.No word yet on the cause of the crash. LOUIS - The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department's non-emergency hotline becomes fully automated, Thursday.SLMPD says this change will help remove non-urgent calls from the city's 911 communications Center that could interfere with emergencies. The automated system will direct callers to the appropriate city department.
