Police ID man, 21, who died in St. Paul motorcycle crash Police released the name on Tuesday of a 21-year-old man who died in a St. Paul motorcycle crash.Sail D. Moo, of St. Paul, was in a single-vehicle crash just before 9 p.m. Sunday near White Bear and Bush avenues.Police continue to investigate the crash and said Tuesday that “investigators believe driver inexperience played a role.”Sail Moo, whose friends called him Taywaywa, “was the core of his family after his father had passed, leaving him little to no choice but to step up and take full responsibility for his family,” according to a GoFundMe established for his funeral. “At a very young age he provided and took care of his family wants and needs. Albany Police: Suspect arrested after shots fired near Sheridan Avenue ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Albany man was taken into custody on Monday morning following shots being fired in the area of Sheridan Avenue. An officer attempted to stop an individual on Robin Street as part of the investigation. Police say the male, later identified as Wilkerson, then fled on foot. During the pursuit, Wilkerson threw a loaded .40 caliber handgun under a parked car.Wilkerson was arraigned and remanded to the Albany County Jail. Police say this is the second time Wilkerson was arrested for illegally possessing a loaded handgun. Wilkerson was arrested during a traffic stop on December 16, 2021, after he was found to have a concealed loaded 9mm handgun.
